Awesome Teachers instructs the following:
  • Babysitting
  • Babysitting in a cozy little room full of toys and books. We have snacks to be provided if needed. Infants, toddlers and kids of all ages welcome. Just $2 per child (unless you are a monthly member, in which you get childcare for one child for free).

  • 40 Day Revolution: Be Awake
  • You Don't Need a Resolution, You Need a 40-Day Revolution

    The 40-Day Revolution is a practical program that will spark radical change in you and your life! What makes this program different is that you focus beyond the external changes of your body and transform from within. During the 40- day Revolution you’ll start to figure out where and how you limit yourself and then make some concrete changes to start living a fuller life!

    This year's theme is to BE AWAKE. Many of us live in a world where we want something we do not have - to be able to do some pose that is just out of reach, to have thinner thighs or a flatter stomach, to be able to understand economics, to have a bigger bank account or live in a bigger house. The truth is, all of us have so much beauty in our lives already - we just need to WAKE UP to it. To be awake, means to live OFF of auto pilot, to live and connect with our loved ones and to get off of our screens. This years we focus on setting goals for what we truly desire and appreciating and becoming awake to the gifts of life.

    DATES: January 21 - March 1, 2019

    with weekly Sunday meetings from 12:30-1:30pm

    ORIENTATION: Sunday, January 20, 12:30-1:30pm

    PRICE: FREE (just pay for your yoga)

    Your Commitment:
    • Complete 6 classes per week (4 at the studio + 2 at home)
    • Meditate twice daily
    • Commit to observing and challenging your eating habits
    • Attend the orientation session, Sunday, January 20, 12:30-1:30pm

    Optional Activities
         • Weekly Sunday meetings(counts as 1 class)
         • Weekly workshops (counts as 2 classes)

    • Sunday's 90 minute JIP sequence with various teachers you love! (counts as 2 classes)

     

     


  • Flow Basics
  • A vinyasa practice taught at a slower pace, with more explanation on correct alignment and modifi- cations. Basic postures are explored including standing poses, standing balancing poses, core work and back- bends. This class is appropriate for absolute beginners or experienced students wanting to take it down a notch.

  • Hot Power Flow
  • This is a vigorous vinyasa practice that is kicked up a notch in intensity and pace. Be prepared to sweat and be challenged. Appropriate for experienced/ambitious beginners and up.
