Kat is a new graduate of the Awakened Yoga teacher certification program and is very excited about finding her calling. Though she is new to teaching yoga, she has had a lengthy career teaching in general. She has been teaching piano and voice for 8 years and even started out teaching dog training classes before that. In 2012 Kat's interest in holistic wellness was sparked and soon after that she received her diploma in hypnotherapy. This led to a path of self improvement which eventually ended with yoga. She believes that yoga has the power to heal the mind, body, and soul, and is very passionate about teaching this to others. Her classes focus on the breath and using the body to release thoughts, emotions, and stresses that are no longer beneficial to you. This will inevitably release physical tension as well. It's a win win all around.

This is an all-level vinyasa practice where poses are explored beyond the basics and at a faster pace. This class is appropriate for ambitious beginners and long time practitioners.
Hot Power Flow
This is a vigorous vinyasa practice that is kicked up a notch in intensity and pace. Be prepared to sweat and be challenged. Appropriate for experienced/ambitious beginners and up.
