Donna teaches an energetic, motivating and super FUN Inferno Hot Pilates class. IHP is a training system which combines Pilates principles with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). IHP is a high intensity but LOW impact class which keeps the bones and joints safe. If you want to burn through fat rapidly, develop long lean muscle mass, create a strong core and have a blast IHP is for YOU!
Donna’s yoga journey began in 2007 when she found the 26 and 2 hot yoga series. Donna fell in love with this series immediately because it helped her to control anxiety and panic attacks and alleviated depression. After years of a dedicated 26 and 2 practice she decided it was time to try hot Vinyassa flow and absolutely loved this style too!
Donna received her RYT-200 Yoga Alliance certification through Sterling Hot Yoga Works teacher training in Fall of 2014. She was trained and certified to teach the hot 26 and 2 style. In September of 2016 Donna got certified to teach Inferno Hot Pilates.
Donna loves spreading joy, compassion, enthusiasm and self-acceptance. Donna teaches straight from her heart. She has a big soft spot for those who struggle more than others, and she finds it a privilege to be able to encourage and guide them to discover the same beauty and strength in themselves that she can clearly see in them.
Donna lives in Sugarland with her husband, teenaged daughter, two dogs and one cat. She enjoys preparing vegan meals with her family in the evenings. Donna loves laugher, friends, animals, yoga, IHP and basically any activity that makes her sweat and have fun!

IHP is high intensity but LOW impact. If you want to burn through fat RAPIDLY, develop long lean muscle mass, create a strong core and have a blast IHP is for you. Bring a mat, towel and water.
