Once I graduated high school, my passion for yoga spiraled into a dedicated practice. After about two years of consistent practice, I decided that teaching people my passion was something I needed to do. I completed my 200 hour RYT with LifePower Yoga in June 2017 and began teaching the following month. I am certified to teach vinyasa style classes as well as yin and I have a background practice in Ashtanga which often gives inspiration to the asanas in my classes. My personal practice is constantly evolving and is a major influence in the style of my classes. I love to get creative with transitions and throw advance postures while still providing modifications for every level of experience. I also love to get upside down and play with arm balances.
