You Don't Need a Resolution, You Need a 40-Day Revolution

The 40-Day Revolution is a practical program that will spark radical change in you and your life! What makes this program different is that you focus beyond the external changes of your body and transform from within. During the 40- day Revolution you’ll start to figure out where and how you limit yourself and then make some concrete changes to start living a fuller life!

This year's theme is to BE AWAKE. Many of us live in a world where we want something we do not have - to be able to do some pose that is just out of reach, to have thinner thighs or a flatter stomach, to be able to understand economics, to have a bigger bank account or live in a bigger house. The truth is, all of us have so much beauty in our lives already - we just need to WAKE UP to it. To be awake, means to live OFF of auto pilot, to live and connect with our loved ones and to get off of our screens. This years we focus on setting goals for what we truly desire and appreciating and becoming awake to the gifts of life.

Come get present with this handstand workshop where you will ground down to lift up on your mat.

Lindsey designed this workshop to break down the building blocks of handstands and offer you the tools to stand tall. On your hands.

Requirements: MUST BE ABLE TO HOLD A HANDSTAND AGAINST THE WALL FOR AT LEAST A MINUTE.

Connecting youth on the spectrum through movement & mindfulness.

This 6 week program is tailored to work with high-functioning non-neurotypical teens, such as those diagnosed with Pervasive Developmental Disorder and Autism, between the ages of 8 and 14 years. We aim to help them acquire higher levels of overall health, wellness, and resiliency. Each class will focus on breath and meditation as a means of lowering anxiety levels as well as movement and yoga poses that promote grounding for more body awareness, stability, and promote having fun!!!

You will be guided through a short warm up and then either be paired up with a partner if you didn’t bring one or pair up. You will learn to assist each other into proper and deeper alignment, strongly support each other and have FUN! Whether you are looking for a stronger connection with your significant other or wanting an assist from your best friend to get more out of your practice our Partner Yoga workshop will dive into all that and more!

In this Asana & Chill 1.5 hour workshop, you and your partner will learn to assist each other into relaxing restorative poses. For the experienced yogi you will be able to feel the difference in your poses when you have the help of a partner assisting you. For the beginner yogi, you will enjoy the supportive and deeper stretches you receive.

Children experience adversity as they grow, develop relationships, navigate school, and exercise independence. This series will teach children age appropriate breathing techniques, meditation, visualization, and yoga techniques. Mindfulness can also be fun and kids will participate in crafting, journaling, and games.
 
This 4-week series will give your child the tools to help with stress management, to strengthen self value, and create more body/mind awareness. Classes are 45 minutes long and meet once a week.
 
For ages 4-7.

Join Jess Tierney in a heart & hip opening workshop designed to help you unlock your back bends. 
Learning to correctly and safely make your way into a full body back bend can have many benefits on and off the mat. Not only do back bends strengthen and stretch your physical body, they also can improve posture, connect you with buried emotions, and overcome natural fear based responses when attempting a heart opener.
 
This full body back bend workshop is open to both the new yogi just starting his/her back bend journey to the advanced practitioner looking to deepen and learn new alignment techniques. Jess creates an environment for students of all levels to safely explore the many benefits of full body back bends while increasing flexibility/mobility in the spine and adding strength building skills.

This workshop will focus on building the necessary skills to safely and confidently move into backbends of any variation. We will explore common roadblocks such as tight hip flexors to tight shoulders. You will learn how to lengthen your side body while continually holding activation throughout you back and core. We will incorporate breath techniques that will deepen your practice and move you past fear responses. We will move progressively through the time of the workshop setting up for our peak pose of forearm wheel.

This workshop will offer modifications and props for all levels and progressions to match your learning style and activity level. You will learn many new skills to add to your yoga practice and also to carry onto your daily life.

Each 4-week session is $75 or sign up for both sessions in the same 4-week period for $125.

Mondays 9:45 am - 10:45 am starting 2/18
and/or
Thursdays 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm starting 2/21

**No refunds once the series has started. If you miss a class, during the 4 week series, you can make it up in one of our regularly scheduled classes. Our teachers are knowledgable in modifications needed. Just ask us what class is best for you!**
