Which class is right for me?
We have over 50 classes a week ranging from the athletic to the gentle. Want to sweat? Try any of our heated classes like Hot Flow, Hot Yoga or Forrest Yoga. Need to de-stress and stretch? Try Yin, Gentle Hatha, or Restore & Renew. If you would like an active class without heat, try Flow, Slow Flow, Flow Basics or Yoga for Athletes. You'll find a class for anything you're looking for whether your goals are to get in shape, or just rest body and mind. What do I wear?
We recommend comfortable yet fitted attire for class. For women, we recommend fitness leggings with a fitted top that will stay in place and not ride up. For men, we recommend shorts with a pair of brief boxers underneath and a t-shirt. Some classes get hot and sweaty so a moisture wicking performance fabric is suggested. Yoga is practiced with bare feet. For those who want their feet covered or find their feet slip, Toe Sox makes a great sock with grippy feet.
What do I bring?
Yourself, a positive attitude free of self-doubt and judgement, a mat, a towel and a bottle of water. For your first visit you may borrow a mat and towel for free. After that, you may rent a mat however, we also encourage you to purchase your own. A yoga mat is not quite as personal a toothbrush, but it is a little like wearing someone else's shoes.
What are the rates and do I need to make a reservation?
New students get ONE MONTH UNLIMITED yoga for $49! You can come in and try out different styles and teachers and find the perfect fit for your needs. You do not need to make a reservation for a regularly scheduled group class. Some classes get more crowded than others so be sure to arrive 10 minutes early to get settled. Special events, workshops and series do require advanced registration and payment. Once your month is done, we have many other pricing options
