Kids Yoga Camp
Kids live in a highly scheduled hurry-up-and-get-this-do-so-we-can-get-to-the-next-thing world. Yoga gives kids stress relief, strength, flexibility, confidence and tools to deal with what life throws at them. Kids Yoga is a fun and free flowing class that gets kids to move in a non-competitive environment. Through games, stories, and guided flows, kids learn to breathe, grown stronger, and more flexible and gain confidence in their bodies, minds and souls! Our classes are offered at the same time as adult classes so that the whole family can enjoy yoga. See our Schedule

We currently offer two types of kids classes:Traditional Kids Yoga
- a fun and playful yoga class that uses imagination and play to each kids yogaTeen/Tween Yoga
- a class geared towards children 10-17 years old incorporating more traditional yoga and breathwork
Now offering Toddler Yoga! This is a fun and imaginative class using simple yoga poses to teach toddlers focus, creativity, and confidence. Appropriate for children ages 2 - 5 (pre-kindergarten). This class is offered in a 4-week series. Please see our Events

Our prenatal yoga classes are tailored to the mom-to-be who wants to stay in shape, stretch achy muscles and reduce stress. Our prenatal instructor modifies poses to keep you safely challenged in your practice. Prenatal yoga can help prepare you for birth and motherhood! This is a great place for moms-to-be to meet each other and connect. Sessions are 4-weeks long and classes are held twice a week. Look for the next session dates on our Events
page. Please check with your doctor before beginning yoga classes. Our prenatal classes are divided into two styles:Gentle Prenata
l - This style of class uses gentle stretches and breathwork to battle fatigue and stress placed on the body during pregnancy. This class will help to alleviate many discomforts of pregnancy.Active Prenatal
- This style of class is for the already active mom to be. This is an active flow class with modifications for each stage of pregnancy and will help to keep you active and flexible throughout your pregnancy.
Do you feel intimidated to step into a group class? Do you want a more structured way to create a foundation for your yoga practice? Our beginner series does just that - you'll learn the foundations of a yoga practice in a structured format in each class. This is a 4-week series that meets twice a week and is offered approximately three times a year. See our Events
